    This was by far one of the worst workouts of A. the 2015 Open and B. in Crossfit in general. It was like doing Fran, back to back. I would like to never do this workout again. I broke up every round of thrusters into 3 sets..(9-9-9/7-7-7/5-5-5 ect.) you get the idea and it was a good strategy and also kept me from dying. Not the fastest method but slow and steady.

    I haven't had much time to get into the gym with all the traveling I did and then now I have to pay back days by doing trades and 48hr shifts. I wanted to just get a workout in Thursday, I knew I wouldn't have time for lifting. I need to just workout and stay on track...the lifting I can bring back in the next week...!!

    Just got off the plane from Texas, dropped off my luggage. I went to the gym was not feeling it. I talked myself into doing this WOD. I was actually ok with the score. I did well on HSPU's and the cleans were easier than I thought. The hard part was the HSPU's first few sets I did all three then had to start breaking it up.

    This was the WOD today at CFNA, it looked ok...and it was ok. I did first three rounds unbroken and was moving..then on rounds 4 and 5 I took about a 10-15 second break between, then I also slowed down on my burpees. I was a little gassed and sore from Wittman yesterday. Overall good WOD and good push on this one.

    This was the strength today at CFNA, I just wanted to get in and get a good workout in as I will be traveling today to Houston..to visit J & K...so I really needed to Snatch as Collegiate Plan has scheduled..but this was a good substitute.

    Wanted to get some squatting in before I head to Houston, probably wont get much working out in. So I said lets go for it today..it felt good not to slow, and only felt my knees crash in or cheat in is a better term on 265, and 275 a bit. I was able to go down to parallel nice and slow under control...then push up out of the bottom no problem.

    I was beat up from GBB and Hockey Saturday, then I worked Sunday and Monday 48 hr shift..I saw this was the wod on FB, wasn't excited but I said self...time to kill one. So I did paced spencer and look I PR my time and made the Whiteboard at CFNA....a great day!!! I think its because I am irish and its Patty's DAY!! :-) Irish eyes were smiling on me
