    No failed reps! 3rd rep was always tough. hit 175 for one rep then went straight to 185# to try and PR. Maybe should have gone through 180 first. Failed 185 4 times. Easily high enough just need to keep it closer/wait a little longer to jump. Wore Ramaleos, sleeves, and belt

    First time doing cleans! Warm up weight felt awesome and got the form down pretty quick, but after that my tricep soreness kicked INNNNN, Holy Cheezus!!! Felt like I was going to tear both my arms off but Ethan kept telling me it was "normal". x) Need my confidence to go up on these so I can start goin' up in weight!

    Hit this with Nick at the box. Haven't run a 5k since Thanksgiving and got a huge PR from that! Did not enjoy it but glad I did it. Have been hitting repeat runs but they are all short ones. Fired up baby! Body was pretty tight and achy. First half was 9:47. Second half was 10:23. #kinnickbutternation
