2 Power Snatches, pick load Every 2 mins for 12 mins.

Power Snatch. This will be completed as a 20 min EMOM. Every 2 mins you will lift. The first 4 rounds will be the warm up. The next 6 rounds will be the working rounds. During the working rounds go up in weight if you can.
